I think MSpaint does work pretty well....but for me, hassle free annotation/trend lines, eSignal is the best. Here is a snapshot I made of today's ES using a few of the eSignal tools...btw, I don't use all the garbage I have attached to it, but I drew it, annotated it, or turned the study on...
