    Anyone trading from Singapore?

Understood. You are asking for independent traders to share the costs of the office rental, but in order for people to respond to you there must be "benefit" for us ...... I see no compelling reason yet for me to incur the additional expenses of sharing your costs.

    Newbie question

call your broker and have someone explain the PDT rules to you. your broker takes your commissions so they are paid to assist you. if your broker not willing or not patient to explain to you, change a broker. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pattern_day_trader

Who can I replace Lightspeed with?

just want to mention that TradeStation's commission schedule is inclusive of all ECN and SEC fees. so if you're looking to earn ECN rebates (adding liquidity) then TradeStation is not suitable.

Who can I replace Lightspeed with?

I have been using TradeStation since 2006 and I would recommend it. It has programming capabilities through their own EasyLanguage and 3rd-party codes written for the platform. The in-house forums are extensive so you can get help from fellow clients.

http://www.tradersnarrative.com/list-of-proprietary-trading-firms-735.html rather old link but seems to be updated with Tuco Trading greyed out (due to SEC action), and included firms like VCM, Keystone, and T3 that were discussed in other threads. the T3 link don't work.

    keystone trading group

I'm aware of the SEC vs Tuco Trading LLC case. Enforcement is on case-by-case basis. Other similar firms continue to operate, and only Tuco is shut down.

The training fee to sign-up and trade firm's capital, losses are absorbed and no further payment. For risk deposit to trade own leveraged account, losses are your own of course.

You are not required to pay further.

The training fee is just that. The amount you can lose theoretically on a prop account is not tied to the amount paid for training, all losses are absorbed according to the terms. I think this is what confuses you in your arguments.
