Which may not be as bad as some think. We have been thru recessions before. Interesting that so many candidates running for office paint such a bleak picture of the economy yet they are able to raise money by the boatload.

Can't be that bad. We have plenty of money for politics. Obama raised something like $36 mill in Jan. and Hillary claims to have raised $35 mill in Feb. Where is all the money coming from?

Exactly. Or as Steidlmayer puts it: 1. Series of prices in one direction. 2. Trade to a price to stop the market. 3. Develop around that stopping price. 4. Move to efficiency (retracement).

Obama will not be the Democratic nominee. Hillary will be the nominee if she has to destroy the Democratic party to do it. The Clintons own the Democratic machine and she is the machine candidate.

Not to worry. Hillary will get the nomination anyway no matter how many votes Obama gets in the primaries. It's all about power. And the Clinton's aren't ready just yet to let some snot-nosed kid take it away from them. You watch.

My friend does it with futures. He does a lot of spread trades.

Very low carryover for old crop wheat. KC and Chicago new crop (July) wheat is already in the ground. MGX new crop (Sept) wheat has not been planted yet. (I bet there will be lots of folks planting that.) MGX is pulling KC and Chicago up.

Don't have a copy handy but I think near the back of "Futures" magazine they have a list of best trending markets.

And I have heard that part of the problem is the lack of refining capability. But everybody says: "Not in my backyard."

Like I said, buy some of their stock, and it will be like paying $2 a gallon.

Seems to me it would make sense to own some of their stock. That would be like getting a refund for the gasoline you purchased last year.
