Is anyone here using IB to execute NYSE or AMEX trades? How are the executions? Do they allow you access to Superdot (where you order is routed right to the floor)? I see that they offer extremely cheap fees but I really haven't heard much about their executions - especially for listed stocks...

sallyboy, I used to do that too but I have found that I often get filled on a at a better price using a regular market order. If you enter a limit order at .20 over the offer and I enter a market order at the same time guess who's order gets filled first??? I'm just using this as an...

DaTTrader, I am not sure about the sending order to different exchanges at the same time. I normally send my order via DOT unless there is something else cheaper (ie: Nasdaq, BSE, etc). Leland P.S. Check our private messages here on elitetrader...
