Some say it's going to get worse before it gets better

That means everyone is starting to jump on the short bandwagon including retail which is a clear signal this is herd behavior. I'm not say I would blindly go long but what I am saying is maybe its time to start looking for some longs.

Some say it's going to get worse before it gets better

I always feel when the news is extremely nagative thats the time to buy. Being a contrarian is what pays in trading and investing. This sell off is starting to feel a little herd like.

Some say it's going to get worse before it gets better

Only thing that scares me about a market crash is friends and family who don't follow the markets. Their retirement is tied up in the markets. I would hate to see them lose half of the retirement that took them their whole life to build. It would be bitter sweet because I know there would be a...

I don't use the TOS DOM to read order flow, I just use them for charting. I do some trades with them but even then its based off another DOM. Do a little research, you'll find a way better DOM then TOS.

    frustrating Friday

Well for me (key word me) after the first half hour I recognized that the market was volatile and I made some adjustments, I reduced my size and widen my stop and I road the trend down for the rest of the day. That's the problem on this site everyone thinks there way is the only way to trade...

    frustrating Friday

Actually its great advice, if you reduce your size and widen your stop you can get the same risk dollar amount wise. You have to adjust for volatility. If you had a 2 point stop yesterday you would of got pop out of a lot of good trades. But there's no one way to trade, everyones different. What...

    frustrating Friday

The problem with traders are sometimes they don't know how to adjust, the volatility increased 100% over the course of the week, what does that mean? Well for one you have to increase your stops and reduce your sizes and if your trading a 1 lot then you have to increase your stops, if you didn't...
