Check your "Start in" setting under the TWS icon's properties. Make sure it says "C:\Jts". It sounds like it can't find the jar file because it's running from a different directory.

frost, you may be seeing a side effect of the russell re-indexing that occurs every year around this time.

You're swing trading some pretty volatile stocks with a big chunk of your account that's running close to the PDT limit. I'd recommend you switch to Interactive Brokers and trade smaller, which is cheaper to do at $1 a trade. And you'll probably find it a lot less stressful trading $1000 or so...

cash, I think you ought to look at a 12month chart before you enter your swing trades. It might give you a better perspective of what you're up against.
