Depends on your broker. Some charge $5k per contract and some charge $500 per contract intraday.

Has anyone else identified variances in their 2011 1099-B summary from ThinkorSwim and their records? I have been going back and forth with them since early January and they they are overstating my gains by over 50k. They have proven to me that they are extremely incompetent in rectifying...
