Keving, stick around on ET, there are some extremely helpful people here. A thread like this is off-putting if you are not used to direct to and fro, but I find it easier to get a sense of who knows what and what is doubtful. That said, I know some of the comments are rude and hurtful to Woodie...

Chris (Croc) on this thread said he is not profitable- he was/is a moderator on woodies - is he not considered experienced? Blinky, another mod., told me he was barely profitable (he might be now, that was a few months ago). No disrespect intended. Do you have any verifcation of your profitablity?

Unless you have funding like the Japanese MOF I wouldn't worry that spot Forex won't be liquid enough. Perhaps you are thinking of globex, where liquidity is sometimes low?

I don't think Woodies room can be blamed for that. He surely choose hotcommn because they are good and not too pricey (yet). If a few charting packages or frontends get promoted it is probably because they are good. BTW has everyone tried Buttontrader:)

Hi Acrary, I was wondering what platform you use for backtesting? I have TS 20001 and wealthlab, currently much prefer Wl but I am no expert at system testing.
