    I looked at this, there are some videos of a Russian company that uses a fuel cell to power a laptop, but running a car is a different story. There is some type of electrolytic process using the battery to produce this gas, It could possibly be blended with the fuel to boost power/ raise mpg...

    Bush gets Saudis to pump more oil!!

    The only cure for the high oil prices will be the elections in Nov. I am sure Bush would like to see prices drop Sept/Oct , that would really help McCain get elected. Of course I realize the US has no control over the price of crude, but just wondering if it is possible.
