its annoying action for sure, particularly on ES. NQ not that bad, a lot of up and down legs. If you're watching a DOM it's worst, if you just look at your chart only it really isn't that bad.

we just had a 50 point down nq move and a 50+ point nq move back up. I can see where the action is annoying, but it's definitely moving.
