Cbot Are Crooks!! You Must Read This Story!

to OP poster: I remember that day very well because I traded the employment report and made some decent money - even bought something at 110-01. The plunge down to 110-00 and reversal took less then 1 second - you can not arb anything with the pit in such a short time. This is quite normal...

    Pimco Idiot...

LOL by the way he is clearly the biggest asshole on the street - together with his PIMCO sect. They just talk their books all the time - his speaches has nothing to do with objective opinion or even (God forbid) with an economic analysis.

    Rate Hike On The Way

housing bottoming, commodities rising, economy growing, consumers consuming, inflation high by any measure - hike is on the way. Who's Chasing Copper At Nosebleed Levels?

It makes perfect sense. Metals are very cheap when you consider things like liquidity and (re)building of infrastructure around the world (and if you think longer term). For instance I remember seeing estimates of copper consumption for the next few years if China rebuilds its electricity...

IB"security"...nearly cost me my job. awful

my 2 cents. I had a similar problem once (with an institutional account). I wanted to withdraw about $50k and something went wrong initially. It was not clear whose mistake it was - but this really does not matter. The point is that after I submitted all the documentation that was needed...

I hope you did not do that - this market is not going to go down unless something totally crazy happens. It feels more like a waiting game for "when it is going to go up" for the past 2 weeks.... Earnings will be the catalyst (imho). Of course I am be wrong and I am definitelly biased - I...

Do you think moves in the markets are premeditated?

do you think there are also people that plan what other planners plan to do? And people that have plans about them?

    Subprime crisis= no crisis

but from what levels: http://online.wsj.com/public/resources/documents/info-Delinquency0704-sort.html I agree with minimi that subprime issue will simply go away - of course only after the weakest hands are shaken off...
