I am sorry to hear that Interactivebrokers has decided against emails. I've mentioned before from my own personal experience that the new ticket system does not work well. I certainly understand the rest of your points, but no email for problems is not a good idea. I'll list some reasons why...

That's another thing (except for having to wade through some trash to sometimes see the answer), I'm grateful for the IB support that we get here, but why is the support here better and faster than IB's own forum? It should not be that way. I think it's because Elite Trader uses better forum...

Who cares whether he is gay or straight. A deviant? what he said is no worse than the way kiwi_trader talks. I don't agree of the way either of them talk trash. Trash belongs in a dumpster. This forum should not be used as a dumpster for kiwi_trader or anyone else.

Since IB does not provide tick data, why anyone would want to use less than a 1-hr or 15 min chart is beyond me. Anyhow, I don't care if they keep them, I just want a 3-day and 5-day chart. QT is an extra program, more memory, more cpu, more windows to keep track of, etc., etc.

I disagree. You better treat the customer like he is always right if you want to keep your customers. It's not that the customer is always right, but what is important is the perception of the customer (conveyed by the company) that he is always right.

Yeah, the charts are not great, but at least IB is working on improving them (I think). I just wish we could set the day from 12-12 or whatever 12 hour period we choose. I also wish they'd do away with 1-min chart, and add 6-hour and 3-day charts. Right now, I use QuoteTracker to accomplish...

I've lost that vertical bar on the right of my QuoteTracker Intraday charts that shows pressure in green and red. I click on View>pressure, re-downloaded and installed and still no pressure bars. Any ideas how to fix this?

As I stated in another thread, the ticket system does not work well, and I do not think this suggestion poll system is feasible either. I'd suggest that IB utilize email for ALL of these things.

Why are emails difficult to route? From my own personal experience, the new ticket system is a nightmare and does not work well at all.
