Has Anyone Been Able to Make Any Money on Dan Zanger's Picks?

I don't doubt it, but why must this make all pick services a scam ? In contrast, I consider myself a pretty good daytrader, but I'm always looking for options and methods that will improve my trading. It's an ever learning process.

Has Anyone Been Able to Make Any Money on Dan Zanger's Picks?

Apparently in this board no one that shares picks for a price is any good :)

Best - Fastest - News Service - Which one is it ?

Ok, all I use is Briefing Platinum but I've heard from many sources that they are considered slow. In this business, slow gets you killed, therefore I decided to ask you guys, which one is the best ? If you want to trade the news, what do you use ? What is the fastest most complete out there...

Bfriefing Trader Picks - Past Performance

I believe there is no service that is exclusively faster than everyone else. Sometimes briefing gets them first sometimes its the other companies. Monitoring all of them at the same time is rough, therefore I decided to stick to briefing platinum and one radio service. Personally, I love...

Bfriefing Trader Picks - Past Performance

I'm a day-momentum/news-trader first and a swing trader second. At the moment I got platinum, terrific service, but it is my understanding that trader is much more expensive than platinum and the difference is only swing stock picks. I'm willing to bet their swing picks are not fantastic...

Stocktradervision sucks. As of now only highchartpatterns is worth the time spent of the trial.

    Lets talk about afterhours trading

AH its quite simple, it almost always offers an opporunity to succeed if you got the stomach and the balls for it. Just need to make sure the security has liquidity otherwise it might bite you back hard.

    Lets talk about afterhours trading

A very dear friend of mine works aprox. 2 hours a day, when there are interesting afterhours earnings play. He never trades during regular market hours and never places a "bet" before the company has reported. He closes his position before the end of the day. Basically, he is a daytrader...

    Averaging down is addictive

I'm waiting for someone to jump the ship and post an earnings averaging down strategy. That would make some late night reading interesting :)

    Averaging down is addictive

Smiling, I believe you have given new life to averaging down. I like what you said, was almost convinced but damn it, you gave the strategy hope ! :)

    Averaging down is addictive

Obtaining, on a consistent basis, a 5% return per month is imho amazing and I only wish I could accomplish this. Yet, all the time I see people come here and say things like "I am only getting about 5%/month..", only ? Man, I either suck very badly or most of you do for lying all the time...

    Averaging down is addictive

I would like to add that my #1 reason for considering an averaging down strategy is NOT stubburness but a product of the constant volatility I see in the market.

    Averaging down is addictive

Thank you for your post. As soon as you mentioned the word "seduction" I sort of predicted what you will say next and it all makes perfect sense. Time to search for a new strategy and be grateful that I averaged down in the past without paying the consequences.
