Probably, but I think its far more psychological. Its the pain at the pump, I always over emphasize how much it is costing me.. maybe an extra $500 or $1000 not much, but it seems like its far more when your pumping gas :)

because kb (kilobit) is different than KB (kilobyte). You should have 256 or 384k up, They dont sell 323k. But suppose you do. 323 /8 = 40Kb upload max. (8 bits in a byte). You probably have 384k up, with overhead effectively 323kb -> about 40Kb. Its working correctly.

I forgot to mention that the only way to know if this is fixed in newer TWS is to call IB and ask their tech support, its not documented and therefore no "official fix" is being released. OTC traders beware!

Latest build doesn't allow execution of OTCBB stocks. I was in one with a conditional that didn't trigger yesterday (even tho my others did that weren't OTCBB). Was advised conditionals dont work in the latest TWS. Today, I couldn't sell at MARKET. No executions. Hold time was 10min+ at IB...
