    From what i have heard mostly they spike price near a major level like a Pivot Point level or a Fib Level that is we a good amount of traders place there stops so they try to get as many as they can and 1 spike.

    almost 90% if not more say stay far away from FXCM there are way better brokers and charting software as well. I too would go with Oanda, there charting sucks but i use Metatrader for charting works fine for me. ( FXCM just started using MT4 but its still FXCM so i still wouldn't go with them)...

    by tough new magin rules do you mean maybe the CFTC could put a minimum amount to be able to trade spot forex? or would somthing like that still be left to the brokers to set? like in stocks to day trade you need a minimum of $25,000.

    you can try http://www.quotetracker.com/ iv used it and its great and easy to use, i hear alot of other people say its great for the price of free. you will need a data vendor tho some brokers can use quotetracker even trade straight from it.

    Also almost every new video card now has dual DVI ports to run 2 monitors off them. and btw Dell dose tell you that they support 2 monitors if you click on "Help me Decide" or "Compare" on the video card section, it tells you the info on all the video cards.
