I didn't see how I'm using overnight volume in my training. I'm only looking st 2 bars of three minutes each. That it's only the most recent six minutes of volume. What am I missing?

I am re-thinking my Volume criteria. I set a "go" "no go" at a minimum of 2,000 CT's for NQ on 3 minute chart for 2 bars in a row. This was meant to decrease my number of trades and give higher potential success. I see in many days that I am missing trades that would give me a entry signal...

well, volume has been horrible... but it is on ES as well... I figure if you can trade profitable in this environment than you can succeed when volume and volatility is better. Biggest #1 skill I have acquired in this environment..... DO NOTHING, DO NOT HIT GO! cause there are so many...

I am using Transact... I have to have bracket orders as well, it works great... the underlying chart function is Sierra Charts, it has every chart function and Study you could ever want

Alrighty... enough Sim trading NQ, I have back tested and live Sim NQ against my ES results, it is clear that for my strategy NQ is better.... so ,,, tomorrow is day #1 live trading NQ with real money... I will report in... as long as I stick to my rules it will workout fine...

I just broke down my journal looking at trades by time slots and it's very interesting. If I only trade the first two hours that Chicago is open it decreased my results by 20percent. But when I looked at trading the first two hours in the last hour and a half it only decreased my results...
