Why is it the prop firms are not allowed to have foreign traders signing up from outside the U.S. and trading from outside the U.S. Is it a matter of series 7 and other licensing for some prop firms. What about those prop firms that do not require licensing.

Do U.S. remote prop firms take overseas traders. Would those overseas traders need to have like a series 7 license when it's required by U.S. traders. Maybe Don Bright can say something about that.
