RSI of +93 on DOW weekly is impressive.. but realistically.. the way it's calculated.. the index can just consolidate around a level for some time with no downside and RSI will "correct" towards 50.. AKA no such thing as overbought.. fundamental earnings growth is REAL.. forward P/E estimates...
