I generally hold stocks to just save my money! In your case, I hold UnitedHealth (UNH). That can be helpful in my case and well generally, the healthcare stocks tend to be less sensitive to market movements.

I think the answer is no. Working hard or working smart? Again the answer is no! none of them are important, the point is to get good results cause they call you successfull (good in my mind) when you get good results.
