So they still offer intraday margin on ES for 2650. That's 1/10th of IB current requirement. Wow. I can increase my buying power 10x...although, probably won't want to max out that much.

Wait is that the margin table for AMP? Cause IB margin is like 2x that table...AND intraday margin not currently available. So pretty much full 27k needed for intraday ES.

Down another 1000 pts for the S&P? Big down move is almost done at this point. Carnage is already in place. It may move another 500 pts, but that's 50% of the current down leg this month.

They didn't do this 2 weeks ago when we went all the way down. I guess they're limiting participation in the up move.

Even if we ended up flat tmr, VIX will go down. Greater than 50% of VIX down then up, so I took the trade.

I don't get it. You said to hold winners long and cut losers early. You have been taking winners quickly and hold losers all the way from down.

God, IB is so annoying with all the margin increases. Now it's 27k initial margin for 1 contract from 22k last week. Like the market will move 540 pts a day.

My mistake earlier when looking for long at 3000 level was that I was behind the markets by 2 weeks. If I adjust my outlooks 2 wks +, then, what I see is immediate profit taking now.
