glad i trade listed, made soem nice scalps when immediately recognized it wa a trading error, got a couple good longs 1/2 point from market, and covered a short 1/4 pt, this tiem i noticed a lot of my listed stocks didnt move even 10 cents, specialists were wise to it too and just froze til it...

exactly, like already stated, more than 15 cents to 1/4 would seem ok, but .o5 is ridiculous

yeah i remeberd that, longer time ago though last year, it was right into the clsoe but not as severe... i wasthinking the worst today, i was in a stubborn short at teh time so for me the timing couldnt be better.

its all about the $, if you make money trading i dont care where or how you do it, the only thing i care about and am impressed by is pulling money form the market...

i crack open a fresh bottle of scotch, single malt, any single will do, glenfiddich, glenlivet, any glen will do... then i proceed to knock down a few before teh bell... i fits a particularly active day liek todays fed announcement i will sometimes use a bourbon...

thanks for the replies, i resolved the issue however... did anyone take the gs/leh pair... well have to see if the lock up sinks GS tommorrow, i wa more interested in that aspect of teh trade vs. the valuation call, that to me is more pairs investing and i am not an investor...

and the 1/4's take it by a nose... do you follow the money supplies, i want to follow it closer, i am familiar with what it is how it operates, theory, etc..., but dont know teh finer points, i.e i am not familiar with all the differences between m1, 2 and 3 also does anyone know a resource...
