Unfortunately not, because the key element of BLASH (quite an interesting term I must say) is HOW. Which includes technical part as well as personal part. While everything is quite clear with technical part, personal issues are much more complicated.

"You" is anyone who is willing to answer. Details may be subjective of course and there is work involved in asking and answering questions indeed. But I believe this process can help understand patterns of success and failure better.

Still trade, just not with expectations to day trade for a living. Counseling and coaching I did even before started to trade as well as some other business ventures (mostly trading too, just not financial markets).

Because back in 2005 I read a few (advertising as I later understood) articles about how lucrative (and easy as I thought) it is. Plus the same impression from a few movies. Obviously I overestimated my own abilities and probably had wrong impression about what the markets can really give to me...

Could you please elaborate why trading as a choice of vehicle to get rich? Why not say scale up your business or write a bestseller book (just as examples)?
