Show me promotion with out a question and I'll look into placing a ban on his account. As far as PM's go, promoting with PM is not allowed either, and if I see he is doing that I'll knock him out as well.

He's not promoting it from what I am seeing. It just so happens that he was asked a question and he responded.

Ok, I've seen what you are talking about. When you make a new post in a new thread, and want to delete it. Instead just edit it and write something like "Post removed". Then send me the link and I'll take it off the site.
