Typical "high volume" triple-witch affair today, with a quarterly rebalancing as well. No big surprise. Just a lot of churning after the initial "pop" off the opening.

The Energy Sector is SCREAMING today! MRO, OXY, COP, CVX, RIG, DO, DVN, SLB, etc. And that is very supportive for the S&P. :)

Upward target today is 1421.25 / 1425.05 levels in the SPX. Getting there . . . 1422 so far. :)
