I got the same pretty much but there was some talk about trading boxes and at the edges of boxes. Buy bottom of box, sell top of box... once in a while sell bottom or buy top of box. I think we are at the bottom and will be heading up now. I am paper trading now which is kind of sad. I lost discipline earlier this month and over traded myself into a hole. Punishment is to paper trade until end of month.

What goes up must come down. Looks like I missed a pretty sweet day in the markets. But got to go up here. Kinda crazy how similar the ups and downs are to the market. I guess I started out at support... and once I got to resistance it was time to go back down again.

I tried trading with a reverse trade button. I usually get killed that way in chop. I am not at the level of using on yet.

What makes you highlight the 2433.50 area? Looks like this morning we found buyers at the 2328 - 2430 area like usual and it made it up to 2433.50 which you had market out and found some resistance.

I dont really get channels. Lets draw on the CL chart even with hind sight. Here is the channel connecting the first high and lower high and a parallel one under. We can keep drawing channels I guess but I just dont see the value. I can Identify support as the level at which price stopped...
