Is the likelihood of getting price improvement greater by routing to BOX as opposed to smart route?

Are you saying that when you personally directly route to BOX you get 50-60% of the time price improvement? And does that overcome the extra IB fee for direct routing? If this is the case that you directly route, you're probably far better off by another broker.

The market is fair turf once you know the rules. To know the rules means getting burnt first. Also there is always fresh blood who don't know the rules and are not forewarned.

Don, With all due respect, this education that "everyone" has is very costly. And even experienced traders have to experience & get burnt in many scenarios before he's in the "everyone" group--unless he's forewarned--thank you ET for whenever that happens.

I definitely believe pro's got hit too, just that they're more experienced at monitoring manipulations. Seemingly, it's the selected group of billion dollar specialists who are the ones. And they didn't have to know what the fed was gonna say in advance to be able to coordinate this.
