I think this may have been asked before but i couldnt find the answer when doing a search. When one trades past the beginner level of equities, do we still need FRV and peaking volume or are we looking more at Trend Lines and ftt....etc for entries. For instance, I have BIDU lining up at...

I have that same problem. I usually chart my daily and 30 min side by side. usually my daily will look like yours and then have a 30 min for the traverses within the daily channel.

Looks great to me. How about posting the 30 min channels to go with it.

LOL....i am a type of person that likes to learn from my own mistakes......for some reason it is the way it sinks in best for me.

I jumped in it at the eod yesterday and got stopped out this morning. In terms of iterative refinement, maybe entering stocks that have earnings anouncements during the day would not be good plays to enter. Stocks breaking out teh following day of an anouncement seems like fair game though.

I jumped ship at around 2.....formation along with gaussian vol helped. I will check on it over the next few days to see what happens....i wouldnt be suprised if it shook me out and cruised back up:p It has happened before.

Truth be told, you really are doing a lot for promoting people to take a gander at Jacks stuff compared to someone who just wonders in ET and sees 2 threads on Jack in the Journal section. You are doing him a favor. Keep it up.
