IB US stock buying currency requirements

Then it's automatically done in a roundabout way. Account balance: Plus $15,000 CAD Buy $2,000 USD worth of stock. New account balance: Plus $15,000 CAD Negative $2,000 USD You then would have to manually buy 2,000 USD to clear the negative balance. :)

IB US stock buying currency requirements

You can buy USD at anytime OR IB will convert to USD for every trade. To eliminate any negative currency balances simply buy that currency- negative currency balances might occur when a trade at a specific currency is closed at a loss. :)

    Anybody trade stock warrants

Yes .... that is sort of refreshing my memory. You would buy a share+warrant for say $10.00 and that gives you the right to buy another share at $10.00, and the warrant does not expire. :)

    Anybody trade stock warrants

Surprisingly no mention of stock warrants on ET. Years ago (20 years) I took a night school course on investing and all I remember being mentioned was stocks and warrants. Are warrants obsolete now because of the popularity of options? Anybody trade warrants? :)

A way ( Strategy ) to get in into an Option Spread , And still .......

Perhaps the underlying reaches $80.00 much sooner than expected. Perhaps the underlying gaps much higher than $80.00 before expiration. Both scenario's are very common. :)
