Update: So I think I may have been too harsh on this wine. It's actually pretty damn good. Even better, the buzz is one of the mellowest I've ever gotten from a wine. I would recommend giving this wine a try and let the first glass breath for like 10 mins. Even though its a young Pinot...

Just bought a bottle of Plowbuster 2008 Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley ($24). High alc content, but not worth $24 in my opinion. Just an OK wine from this great region.

I guess you went about things a different way that me. I focused on consistency first and built my trading from that premise.

Its not, learning how to do it well just takes a lot of time, effort and a proper mindset. Most people just lack at least one of these.
