I think gain limits are silly... When you understand the market dynamics, TAKE ADVANTAGE. (Daily limits are somewhat understandable; you might get emotional... but you really should be over it by the next morning, at least)

Those big numbers are mutual fund numbers... Hedge funds have different regulatory restrictions, which lower the costs considerably. Also, some investors care abt analysts and such, but lots don't. (A 2ndary route for orders is good).
