    The Neuimex case

I can’t answer your question from first-hand experience, so I’ll reply with the rules of thumb I understand should be followed when trading with forex retailers. They are: 1. Always fund your account with dinars, not dollars. As most traders know, the money you send to a fx retailer to...

You talkin' dollars or dinars? If dinars, yes.

    The Neuimex case

Don't know if it was in the Journal. Latest report I saw is that Sasha promises to restart the platform if he gets enough new customer deposits to make it worthwhile. He'll also restart (again if the money is enough) BigDoughFX's popular hedging program and free hedging signals. Allowing...

    Just bought a new system

Is this the long-awaited, miracle "hedging" system the masses have been clamoring for? OR should we be on shill watch?

Trailing stop hit, postion closed for 82 ticks (x2). Now, if the YEN climbs from here, the NIKKEI oughta hiccup at least. YEN strength this week would give cause for profit taking in the equities, esp. in Jap. exporters. Today's CME NIKKEI may tell.

Blodget Rips Jim Cramer In Slate Article

I agree great bounties are reaped here (USA), and are to be reaped. I'm only reporting a rule meaningful to me about how that's done (one way it's done, to be exact). earlier this thread: We punish the middle for not being the top. It's an operating principle more credible and acceptable...

    Loonie ... the infamous USD/CAD

There's an existing, substantial CAD thread in this forum. Forex, like most endeavors, rewards thoroughness and intrepidity. Take that as a prompt: you might find one or more posts in that existing CAD thread to be of value. From the looks of it, one or more posters in that thread did.

    Sirius and XM Announce Merger

I'm done, content with a Happy Meal, a bit less than a feast. Wonder, though, will it become another true mutton slaughter? Any predictions?

    The Neuimex case

Because this thread apparently is bad news for customers of a forex retailer, it’s no more news to me than a “Dog Bites Man” headline. Here’s a story that’d catch my eye, meriting the title “News”: Forex “Broker” Comes Clean Admits...

I like my YEN short position and will buy ‘em back at 8240, a drop from present that could be hit in a blink. 8240 is shorter than my initial 1 for 2 risk/reward, which would need 8200, but it’d make an excellent break from my string of YEN short losers. (I’ll compress my stop as well...

    Sirius and XM Announce Merger

Does any know if Sirius gave any of its higher-priced talent a put on the wampum (Sirius stock) in the talent's compensation deal? I ask because it'd be a good business move by Sirius to have that wampum bought by sheeple before Sirius was forced to buy it (at a price higher, I mean, than where...

    Sirius and XM Announce Merger

Hand it to him, thou. He sells bilge water as champagne, first with Stern and now with this "We can't profit by competing, so we'll proft by not competing." Anyone not shorting is missing a feast. You can bet Sirius' talent is selling (if they have any of the wampum left).

Inactive today; didn't add to YEN shorts. Not enough price action to merit it. Will sell two more tonight if/when price rises to and thru 8410. (Don't really expect that, though.) Stops to be set at 8505, 100 ticks (or so) from entries. Need 8200 for a 1 for 2 risk/reward.
