I'll watching the 47.80-48.50 level closely today to see if the uptrend holds. If we break this, we are headed back 44 area. USMAN, you still active? Haven't heard from you for a while.

Update: IB helped me fix it. :) I had accidentally disabled my time parameter panel by pressing the clock icon (3rd icon from left)

It's hard to trade during work, so most of my trading happen early in the morning before I go to work ( I live in the west coast). Sometimes during work hours, things slow down a bit, like right now, where I can watch the market without any interruption for half an hour.

Been trading on and off since 1992 but mostly in options. My natural style of trading is swing trading the daily charts. I am not too good at getting in and out every few min, or hours. I started active day trading last October, and funded my day trading account with $10K to see how it turns...

I am here too, though not really in a posting mood. I haven't found any good moves to trade today. I need oil to move up a little so I can short it.

Is it just me or did IB removed the useful timeframe drop down that used to be on the top left of the screen? Now I have to go to chart parameter every time I want to change the time frame. I've already tried logging off/on but I still don't see the drop down anymore. Here is what I see:

I overslept this morning and just checked the market now. This is the selloff i was trying to catch all week and it finally happened on a day that I didn't trade. Oh well, I guess everything happens for a good reason. Its too late on a Friday to trade now, so I'll just wait for Monday.
