Dude, I like your trading style. Don't stop posting! I hope I didn't come across as lecturing you earlier, maybe I misinterpreted your last post. I like you and don't want to see you leave, thats why I was saying to be cautious:) I really respect and appreciate your openness. You call all...

I used to trade the CL but switched to QM two weeks ago as way to cut down size. I actually hate QMs, the spread and volume sucks, but the CL contract is a little too big. Today was unusual that I traded two QMs. I typically just do 1 QM at a time and use $1 stops. But yeah, CL is much...

Sorry to hear about your losses. I haven't been keeping up this thread, but sounds like you are close to blowing your account. Anytime you lose -20% of your capital, you should either take a break or dramatically cut size while you cool off. It’s a natural tendency to revenge trade after...

I am in the same situation here. My EUR short position went from $1300 profit to -$300 loss. I panicked and covered once it reached break even. I am so pissed now for keep moving my target down. Should have just exited with $1000 profit but didn't.

36.19 is a good level to buy. I see strong support right under it. On another note, I had my stop too tight, and now it looks like the market is pulling back. I put a tight stop, cuz i am riding a big EUR short at the moment and don't want to overexpose myself.

    GBP/USD Trading

3-5 avg trades here as well, done mostly during the late London to early NY session I find that EUR/USD tends to do a big 100 pips move in 10 min and then stay in a tight range for 1-2 hours and consolidate. So there are very few tradable moves generated per session, and if I miss the move, I...

'Atlas Shrugged': From Fiction to Fact in 52 Years

ummm, but her fans are wrecking havoc in the world. Wouldn't a rational person attribute that to the underlying movement?

    GBP/USD Trading

I trade the GBP/USD as well, though not as much as I trade the EUR/USD. I really like the GDP/USD because it trends well and regularly gives nice 30-60 pip swings to trade.

'Atlas Shrugged': From Fiction to Fact in 52 Years

You should ask that question from Alan Greenspan, who says he was most influenced by Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged: Watch 4:40 - 8:00 http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-8342614253746711839&ei=DeBoSY_HH6O6qAOCqMXFDA&q=alan+greenspan&hl=en

'Atlas Shrugged': From Fiction to Fact in 52 Years

Agreed! But in reference to the title of this thread, many of those wall street crooks were influenced by this terrible book. Atlas Shrugged is used like a Bible in business schools. My college professor would have jizz in his pants when he talked about Ayn Rand.

'Atlas Shrugged': From Fiction to Fact in 52 Years

The state tells me? This douchebag Alan Greenspan, who was the primary actor in bringing about this carnage in the financial world, is saying he was most influenced by Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged: Watch 4:40 - 8:00...
