ohh ok, I was just getting alot of confusing answers, some traders were saying that there primary data providers only charge the exhange fee, and there secondary providers would waive the fee if they show proof that it was paid...thanks for replying chuck

Also on the esignal website, if you sign up for esignal wireless quotes, you dont have to pay exchange fees twice because you already paid for them, so Im really confused, do you have to pay twice or not if you already paid them with another provider.

nope level III includes the stop orders, but lol those are for the market markers or specialists. Its because some orders are done in house by other brokers or desks, which deals with funds or hedgies or big traders, and they will fullfill the trade, and then report it to the exchange.

I personally use realtick and esignal as my data providers, and I also have streamer from etrade and ameritrade. Those esginal is expensive, I like having all of my stuff intergrated into one platform. If your using IB, download the plugin, and use the esignal quotes.
