    Interesting setup. We have had six days of pushing resistance up continuously, but today so far the best that the "at ask" brigade can muster is 52% of the contracts traded. Unless a big bunch of longs appears out of the woodwork shortly, this puppy is set to roll.

    Most middle/upper class Kalis are still in love with the dream and cannot see the reality. Therefore just keep steadily increasing taxes and fines and maintain the illusion. The trick is to do it slowly and steadily and no one will leave. (frog in the pot theory)
