Quote from emg: I dont put my stop. I average my price if the market goes against me. if the market went against me at 1171.75, i plan on adding at 1176.75 which will average my price to 1174.75 and move my profit target to 1173.75. Because the market made new high and the fund managers...

Why this level ... it is not that I disagree with you, but I hold no fixed opinion on this level PS I should add that I think the accumulating lows are over bought and it would not surprise me if the price rolled

I cannot comment on the above as I use constant volume bars .... I find them far more precise and obvious when it comes to projecting s&r zones. I do know the speed the vol bars rollover, but oddly enough it doesn't seem to matter ... it is just price chasing s&r levels or price in free fall...

In this moment we have the RTH OPEN acting as resistance plus we have 2 more levels at 64.75 and 64.50. These three are putting a powerful cap upon the price but increased volume could easily blow through them this afternoon. I have no idea whether this is going to break north or south, I...

FWIW I watch the spread between s&r and if sufficient I am on for a trade. If the trade penetrates the opposite zone then that is a bonus but all my reasoning is based upon bouncing within the bands. Entry is mostly a pre-loaded OCO bracket so if anything goes wrong with my comms then I am...

Why not try trading through the s&r zones ... the current zone in play is 61.25/50 - 67.00/50

Do ES daytraders fail because they use 2 point stops?

You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Try thinking for a change, you never know you just might learn something useful and profitable.

79% Say U.S. Economy Could Collapse

It is good that you do post otherwise stupidity will reign supreme. I imagine that the US economy will muddle along for several years as it seeks a direction and as ill sighted intervention stretches the lesson learning lump into a protracted period of chronic pain. RE will continue to...

Many thanks David ....You have just answered a question with a question (SOP for noobies in disguise) Now I understand completely where you are coming from. My question was simply tailored to see if you were a real trader trading a real account ... and you have answered that quite clearly...
