OEC dead in the water this AM?

We had junk data for 3 days now. I had some orders lagging behind in the Dom during European trading but not this type of outage I had in the afternoons without charts and quotes. Obviously OEC can't handle the amount of clients that come in during American trading hours

    European Broker offering Eurex

My rates are 20-30 cts below than that I posted. I am at OEC and quite pleased now after they got rid of a nasty bug they had with Eurex futures some time ago.

    European Broker offering Eurex

Do you have to pay additionally for platform and data feed? If not take 3 Eur for Fdax and 2.5 for Fesx as a good starting point.

    Eurex Newbie Questions....

Is it correct to state the following: When I see a trade printed on the tape on the bid ,ask or between, this can be a limit or a market order that is causing a limit order on the other side to be filled. No, it is always a market order that leads to a fill on the other side. It is...

    OEC - Rejected Order Bug

This bug is an absolute catastrophe for a futures broker and it happened to me multiple times now. The worst is you can't tell when it will happen - there are times it will not - and above all it is possible that you can't get out of an open position  As far as I can reproduce this...

    Eurex Newbie Questions....

http://www.eurexchange.com/trading/products/IDX/STX/BLC/FESX_en.html?mode=trading_hours This is Central European Time. Shouldn't be hard to figure out ET. I suggest you have a look at market depths. Fdax differs very much from Fesx in volatility and liquidity (around 130k contracts vs. over...

Eurex Volume Plunged Again - Head of Eurex Bonds Gone

me anyone scalping fdax will find bund suitable as well i'd say. though it's more the orderbook i would look at instead of correlation driven fdax (to fesx).

Open e cry data feed has become junk

i didn't experience a disconnect since last time. but data is not 100%. you will not see every tick or exact volume every time. so it depends on your style of trading.

    UK Scalpers

Fdax has the better cost return ratio due to higher volatility and higher tick value. You need about 4 fesx contracts to create the same value per move.

Nickel and diming at open ecry

Understood. Since when does OEC charge you the fees? Is it since 1/1/09? I negotiated lower (than standard) fees when I started trading with them some time ago. I will continue trading this week and see for myself if anything changed.
