The next year and a half?

i think we're headed for 2+ years bear action. excesses from stupid money supply growth have to be fixed at some point. i don't think another wave of liquidity will be enough to ignite another bubble. the bath water is out of bubbles and the water is starting to go down the drain. we'll be...

    apple ?

AOL made a ton of money from dial up users, a segment of the industry that was going to drop. apple is still pumping out solid products. growth could slow as their products life cycles become more mature but this isn't in the same ballpark as AOL before its fall.

The Fed did it, calm returning to the market

what bubble can the fed use to bubble out of the housing bubble? i doubt it would have been black tuesday anyways. bond yields haven't been rising enough for a crash yet. this cut won't stop a future crash if it occurs over the next 12 months. the fed cannot stop a recession that may...

    When will Ben rescue us?

this might end up being a situation similar to japan where the rate can go to 0. can't bubble out of a bubble without the burst being pretty big. not to mention there are a lot of similarities between now and the depression. heck a law that was taken out in 99 that was put in after the...
