I would suggest placing a "report spam" button at the top of every thread. Once the thread is reported by an arbitrary number of ET members (say 10). Then the thread is suspended until further review by moderators. This way everyone can do their part.

Be sure to compare the data quality between e-signal and the IB data feed. I was considering dumping my Qcharts and solely using IB data feed; however, I noticed that I was getting some inaccurate data from their backfill. This would significantly affect your S/R.
