Let me address the recruitment issue first.
Bright Trading spends much more class time discussing *professional trading* as opposed to *Bright* professional trading. IOW, you'll have a pretty complete picture that shows you what trading professionally is all about, not only at Bright but...
Hi all...
If you are going to Bright Trading In Las Vegas this summer for their course and live reasonably close (like within a state or so) to southern Michigan, we should probably talk. I'm going to drive out there this summer and will have room for a passenger, with whom I'll share...
Sure, trading is a little more difficult now. I find that I'm taking profits much earlier than before...nowdays, I'll take 15 cents and thankfully get out.

but maybe I can help.
Contact Echo now and get the paperwork in motion to join their firm...they'll sponsor you for the exam.
As far as study materials, the free web site mentioned earlier in this thread looks great. Echo will be able to recommend other study materials and probably...

This is in addition to my post earlier...
I had an encounter with IB's customer service/support about a month ago...I tried to close out a position that was going against me. I couldn't get the software to confirm that my order had been received and ended up on "hold" with IB for about 20...
I have to agree 100%! The PD software is just awesome...it has capabilities that I didn't know existed. Give it a try yourself...also, as Shadoe wrote, I don't work for PD, blah, blah, yada, yada. :)
