But wouldnt my limit order act as a "level" that has to be broken before it goes down another tick lower ? Kinda act like a NBBO ?

no I mean lets say I have a limit stop loss, is it possible for the price to burst right thru it w/o me getting out/filled ?

Never happend to me, but for example on big volume / heavy days, if I have a stop loss would it be possible for the price to drop past it w/o activating it ? Just a random question..

But wouldnt they liquidate my position if my balance falls below required margin requirement ? To keep them safe and me from getting into the negative ? Dont they have risk management? Its not like I would allow myself to blow up either on 1 trade..

This sucks...now I know another reason why to trade futures with a stop loss, besides being disciplined.

went long @ 83.03 @ 9.51 m got out @ 83.38 ( Kept moving stop loss higher and higher and higher.. til it got hit right before under .60 cent up move :(. 350$ on 1 contract . note: this is simulator money still learning before i go live.

I dont know I just emailed Mirus account manager back asking him to explain that to me, because this is just wierd. No reply as of yet.

Mirus and AMP didnt ask me for my income at all,, if I remember corrrently tried AMP with Dorman and Mirus with RCG. IB was 50k income, and net worth >20k. all others same parameters...I made them up after I found out putting "unemployyed" or " student" makes my chances even lower...
