Ignore it, I've been trading the ES for about 14 years and sometimes it's better than other times but nothing material has changed. Just develop a viable plan and have the discipline and patience to stick with it.

Don't trade for yourself until you know the answer to your own question. As to a third party recommending trades, you have to do your due diligence on the history of their calls.

Markets can go up, down or sideways. All such conditions are trad-able. The only condition not trad-able is a market which does not move. The other condition making it untrade-able is an incompetent "trader".
