I want to make the foray into program trading. I've been trading for a year now, and am convinced program trading is the only future. What is the best way to begin learning Tradestation's Easylanguage? Are there any great books/manuals out there?

I'm considering realtick and esignal. anything other pro programs I should consider? I require at least 30 days of intraday data, fibs and ganns, and I'm definately open to learning other tools. Thanks, Jon

Price action on WCOM really not looking all that bullish, through my eyes at least. I'll hold off on my re-entry for now. Of course, that being said, WCOM can now commence walking up to the 3 level....g JWest

The Miner book is intense, but if I am to pay $40-60 for a work, I expect nothing but intense. Sorry to disagree, but its a must read for me. JWest

Dynamic Trading- Great book. I'll have to re-read it 5 times to capture 1/10th of the knowledge. Anyone know any other books that are as technically detailed let me know, I'd like to read them. Sorry, haven't used the program though. JWest

I'm looking to pay for a service, to make my DD easier. There has to be a service out there that can give me a scan of stocks beginning to gain momentum. I like to buy stocks for momentum intraday/swing plays. Still in inap, rethinking where to move my stop, JWest

Bailed on WCOM at $2.46 near open. Will look for a new horse to ride.

tommorows targets- Sell stop $1.96 (trendline connecting lows) Target 20 dma on daily at 3.5. Odds are neither the sell stop will be violated nor the target will be attained.

Yes, how do they come up with a stop at $1.48? Maybe there is lt support at $1.50, I can't find a chart LT enough. With most likely strong resistance at the 20dma, currently at $3.50 and dropping fast, I don't see how a stop at $1.48 is good Risk Reward. Looks like WCOM's opening above...

I'm in WCOM friday at 1.73. Broke all my trading rules with the buy, but what the heck, position is chump change anyways...
