    Bonds readying to advance?

We need to see a little consolidation between 113 1/2 and 114 1/2? Last week's action was on really low volume. My longer term Daily/Weekly sell signals have not gone off on this rally. I only got shorter term, 60, 90 and 120MIN "exhaustion" signals on Friday's Highs.

    Two Year Auction

No surprise! -- Stone & McCarthy (Princeton) -- The 2-year note auction this afternoon went well. The stop came in below the 100pm bid side and the bid cover was quite solid. The indirect share of the takedown was a little below average though. The auction stopped at 4.404%, in line with...

    Question? Please help!

Why are you worried about filing your 2006 taxes? If you want to take a loss for tax year 2005, (The Current Year) you have until 4PM Friday 12/30/05. It is not grey, it was and still is Trade Date for individuals. ** I am not a C.P.A.**

Ten-year Treasury yields dip below 2-year

TUH06 on TS. Anybody know the TS YIELD symbol? I have 30's, 10's etc....but no 2 YR. It will probably save me money! I might try some new NOB HOB or TED HED Spread.

    Tax Questions

As I said earlier, he must file since he traded and will otherwise be taxed for a ZERO basis on his sales! He is not going to file MTM for 2005, the deadline was April 2005 for TY 2005. He can file on a Schedule C as an individual without flares going up!

    Tax Questions

Peil: I am not a CPA, are you? You still have to file even if your liability is zero. I assume he made a few stock sales, these have to be reconciled to show a cost basis. A standard deduction is $6,250K, plus $3200 for 1 exemption, if we file he may even have NOL carryover vs next...

I will scale and chop if I have to from 114 1/2 - 116. We could trade to 4.3 on the TNX and 4.5 on the TYX. I am not going to be too big just yet.
