    Much props to E2T

I am not a fan of switching platforms and I would have to for their program. I am also good at this point on my own, but if they offered Tradovate I would think about it.

...And They Have a Plan. (Live.)

Holy crap, I missed a few pages of posts, glad to see you back at it. Macputzamateur is a real asspipe. Long ago we were woken up in the middle of the night by an explosion and the power went out. I may have crapped the bed. When I started out for work in the morning, I saw a charcoal squirrel...

Official: End of ICE cars in EU from 2035

Those windmills and solar worked out well in Germany, oh wait.

Official: End of ICE cars in EU from 2035

I guess I just don't get it, no one has the infrastructure in place to support this idea, and highly unlikely that they will well past 2035. Various states have utility companies warning about brown outs and rolling blackouts currently, now add a mostly electric car fleet to the grid and what...

    Much props to E2T

I don't disagree with you, I know the whole fee thing is a money maker for them. I am fairly confident I can pass the stages with minimal fee, possibly just the first fee if I am reading the progression in their current program correctly. At that point the amount of my money sitting there to...

    Much props to E2T

I do, but would consider it as a way to ramp up beyond the level of risk I am willing to take with strictly my/our money. Currently I will go 10 ES contracts on high probability trades, but otherwise stick to 3 or 6. I would be willing to go up to 20 or more if the risk wasn't solely on me in...

    Considering Tradovate. Anyone using them?

I have been with tradovate for I think a little over a year now. On occasion charts lag, very rare though. The DOM also will lag the quote when markets are volatile and corrects quickly, but fills are accurate to price. IB was far worse on both of these issues. I haven't used TT in a long time...

Again, Google it, he has won documented trading contests, and taught his daughter to trade and she placed in a contest years later.

Like you have posted, Google it. Larry Williams has been a pretty good trader.

    Trading Guru nostalgia

Excellent! I remember hearing ads on The Art Bell radio show when I was driving into work in the really early morning. Art got me through my drive and first hour typing away at work. At the same time I would in no way buy from someone advertising on his show. Ken Roberts was a pretty constant...

I am officially running for POTUS as a Democrat in 2024

My first question since it was noted you have the NY hat, are you a New Yorker, more specifically New York City? If so then you can count me out. Long ago I worked for an airline, and the biggest dumbest, assholes were always the New York City butt wipes. They knew more than anyone, and always...

    Scalping_My Way with ACV

Long ago with Tradestation I was testing a strategy I put together and it went haywire. I never figured out if it was something in my code, Tradestation or the data feed, but it convinced me I didn't want full auto unless I had a team with me watching it. In the short span it ran I was down a...

    Much props to E2T

If they would incorporate the Tradovate platform I actually might give it a go. If I am not mistaken, they issue a K-1 instead of independent contractor 1099.

Complaint about an IB level 2 support tech.

Put the phone on speaker, and as needed respond to a prompt or talk to a person until you are at the level you need. It is annoying, but you can keep working and still get to someone. IB help wise was pretty good for me, other than the wait. You could try contacting DEF on here if he is still...

    The Wisconsin Audit

I really wonder if he has had a head injury at some point. Really difficult to understand how he was a state Supreme Court Justice based on his current insanity.

Herniated disk with nerve being pinched

He is scheduled for an epidural using a steroid to go after the pain. We are hoping he doesn't need more than that plus work on decompressing to relieve the nerve pinch. He was able to get about 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep last night which hasn't happened in a week, so hopefully that is a...
