Anyone here ever try Wim Hof breathwork?

I ordered the doggo treats and oximeter. The treats came, but the oximeter was not in the box. Fun with Amazon ahead, yipee.

    Tradovate DOM is lagging

I used chat and got a response hours later. I was told they haven't been seeing my issue and it is probably on my side. Also told me to try the desktop version. I had been using the browser version, but have set up the desktop app. At this point I haven't seen the problem, but volume is nothing...

    Tradovate DOM is lagging

I think they are a favorite of the funded programs and this could possibly mean they are handling more connections than they are fully set up to handle.

‘No sign of a rebound’: Mortgage applications hit 22-year lows, as home buyers pull back

I get the idea of all things are relative, but the reality is at least going back to 1971 the rates today are still quite a bit below the long-term average. Then again if you have been only looking since ~ 2010 on it seems like they are going back to high rates. If I remember correctly my Dad...

Anyone here ever try Wim Hof breathwork?

The oximeter we had crapped out last year and I haven't replaced it. When it was working it never crossed my mind to check it, now I wish I had. I more so go at my own pace, but when I had the video running, I was pretty close to the pace he uses.

Anyone here ever try Wim Hof breathwork?

Good description! It is also nice to read that someone else lost focus and got hung up on how long can you do the breath hold. I assume that is a natural thing and my goal this time around is to ignore the times. With my regular meditation I achieved the state you describe more often. I have to...

Anyone here ever try Wim Hof breathwork?

I would say I am closer to 15 minutes in total. I am guessing if you start getting out to 3 minutes or more per hold you can hit 20 minutes. I've only hit 3 minutes 2 times form what I remember.

Anyone here ever try Wim Hof breathwork?

I would say a mixture of mouth and nose, but mostly through my mouth is how I have been doing it. I have tried lying down and sitting also, but can't say I found a difference between the two. As a side note, if you try it lying down, don't jump up right away when you are done. I almost took a...

Anyone here ever try Wim Hof breathwork?

It is kind of funny you brought this up as this week I started up again on my meditation and breath work. The cold is something you get used to pretty quick. Work your way into it, no need to go all in the first time.

Anyone here ever try Wim Hof breathwork?

I had done it for a year and a half. I did it along with regular meditation, but have gotten lax on both for the past 6 months. I still take a cold shower every morning and I do feel good afterwards. I have also done 1 ice bath and it felt good for me, painful initially. I also intend to hop in...

UFO hovering over a raccoon in our backyard

Man, don't ruin my money maker. I had my UFO YouTube channel planned out, and then a special on Nat Geo with a team of scientists doing research in the backyard. All for a large sum of money that I would split with our neighbors for the hassle. And maybe to bribe them to come up with their own...

Good points, maybe I can photoshop that one into the video that caught a skunk out back. At least the skunk would be black and white.

Any of you guys using a Statin ?

Overall they are good. The HDL has been the one that I can't seem to push into range, even when I was taking my full dosage. I'm not sure it is considered really bad as my ratio is pretty good and as you point out the rest are looking good. I tried searching last night to see if I could find...
