    The CL/NQ experiment

Hi Gabe, I was reading an older thread it's about 18 pages long, I think you might get some helpful ideas out of it: http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?t=103700 Be careful about expectations on what you can make in the market, when you focus on the money ($300.00 or whatever...

The quote above is a big STOP sign. I believe you are sim trading (that's good) but I think you need to take a break. It's good you are not using up your financial capital but IMHO you are definitely using up trading confidence capital (I am sure there is a better way to describe), which I...

Isn't the main issue that will stop Dogecoins from skyrocketing is the amount in circulation?

Why Profitable Trading Is So Difficult

Blasphemous! Certainly you are not suggesting that people (traders) be responsible for themselves.

Why Profitable Trading Is So Difficult

The ridiculous thing is, that there is any argument. The solution is, people need to take responsibility. What if you gave someone all of the ability of Kobe (pick your favorite athlete) would they be successful? Very few would, although they have the ability, they wouldn't have the physical...

Why Profitable Trading Is So Difficult

If the people who are questioning the authenticity of other traders who share their ideas about trading would just do the work and see if there is some value there, instead of caring about how many contracts are traded, how many ticks per contract, etc... Reality check: If you are serious...

Why Profitable Trading Is So Difficult

I think when you put the focus on trader X or Y "to make calls" you miss the point, not to mention that I don't think they will do it. Here's my (unasked for) take, information is being shared, for the people who are intrigued or find it useful, they can put in the work to understand and...

    Help, I've been chopped!

As was said earlier, CONTEXT is critical, notice prices in relation to MA from your box as compared to Volman's.

    The CL/NQ experiment

Really examine what you wrote above,, this line of thinking is going to destroy you. The only thing in the market that is right is the market, not you. Why don't you get out of losing trades because you want to be right. Why do you move your stops because you want to be right. Until you exit...

jasinhbca's quest for discipline, knowledge & profits

Not sure what trading platform your are using but some allow you to plot 1 min bars inside of 5 min bars. Nothing earth shattering but it gives you a different perspective. This pic is for a different TF's but you get the idea.
