Hey, Winborn, where are you from? Are you counting trades that touch your target price without trading through as winners in your track record here? Please answer yes or no.

You're right. He didn't use the term "trade through." I used that term in my question to him. Maybe I didn't get a good read on his answer. It could be that he uses this English-as-a-second-language persona to conveniently cloud his answers.

See the 4th post on page 10 (default setting) He said winning trades will have to trade through target to be counted as a winner in his trade tally here. I'm not motivated to check if that's the case. Maybe other ET readers will care enough to check.

Just to make sure I understand: The price did hit your original stop loss, which you didn't take, because you decided to move the original stop loss. In your trade tally here, did you count the trade(s) as a profit or did you count it as a loss?

I'm confused as to your exit criteria. You are all out when price either trades through your profit target or hits your stop loss? But sometimes you say "manage the trade." And you don't move your stops to break even? You don't use a trailing stop? :confused:

If you're sending signals after the fact, doesn't that sort of defeat the purpose of your demonstration? Again, this seems to defeat the purpose of your demonstration.

Winborn, If the price reaches your target and goes no higher, do you count it as a winner? I'm just wondering if you require the price to trade through your target. You say "manage it" in your calls. What are your rules to manage it?

Why did you change your screen name after only one post? What happened to trading signal no. 2? Did you delete it? Didn't it go your way?
