I would just use a metaphor. Say you got a space with a set of certain constants and a certain quality. Once you add in any variables the quality of the space will inevitably change. I hope this helps... Sorry, no blotter, as taking this week off...

As i was told by 2 tech guys that issue with lots of prints on Third market way outside the NBBO was due to the Instinet guys flooding the tape with their delayed data.

You're right about Platinum, lol, half of the pages used to be blank for the last several days. But now they finally seem to have fixed it.
