I had the same problem when I got a new computer with a pre-istalled card. I pulled the 3com NIC out of my old computer and installed it in the new one - haven't had a problem since.

I had a PRIMEX fill at 9:37 and 9:46. I had several other orders routed there, but Primex backed away. The fills aren't the problem (although one of them was very slow), it's the orders that aren't filled and have to be re-routed that create the problem.
